Key Responsibilities:

Lead all technical sales activities related to load banks across the region
Develop and manage relationships with key customers including data centres, hospitals, utilities, industrial facilities, and energy operators
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bid responses
Engage directly with clients on specifications including:
kW ratings, voltage classes
Resistive vs. reactive load requirements
Commissioning and testing procedures
Applicable CSA / IEEE standards
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive solutions
Support ongoing product development, standardization, and go-to-market strategies

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of selling into industrial, commercial, or institutional markets

Technical Expertise:

Direct experience with load banks, OR strong exposure to adjacent products such as:
Generators (diesel/natural gas)
UPS systems / critical power solutions
Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
Power rental / testing equipment
Strong understanding of power systems fundamentals and ability to engage technical stakeholders

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to develop detailed technical proposals and quotations
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Commercial acumen with a solution-oriented mindset
Self-driven, ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently

Why Join

High-impact role tied directly to a strategic growth product line
Opportunity to become a subject matter expert in a specialized and in-demand niche
Strong internal visibility and collaboration with leadership
Ongoing investment in training, product development, and process improvements
Work with a reputable organization serving critical infrastructure sectors

Compensation

Competitive base salary (aligned with market and experience)
Performance-based incentives
Comprehensive benefits package
