- Support security, privacy, compliance, and SOC 2 initiatives.
- Manage relationships with MSPs, IT vendors, consultants, Salesforce partners, and technology providers.
- Evaluate technology solutions and make recommendations based on client and business requirements.
- Partner with leadership to develop technology roadmaps and prioritize investments.
- Help grow and strengthen the organization’s technology services and client relationships within the pharmaceutical sector.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a hands-on IT management or senior IT role.

- Experience managing Salesforce or other enterprise business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, applications, endpoints, cloud environments, and business systems.
- Practical experience with cybersecurity, endpoint security, MFA, access management, backups, patching, and risk management.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
- Ability to understand client needs, lead discovery conversations, present solutions, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercially minded and sales-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to account growth.
- Experience managing IT vendors, MSPs, consultants, and technology partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
