Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Richmond, BC. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying prospective customers, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting company products and services to meet sales targets. Daily activities include conducting outreach by phone, email, and in person, preparing and delivering product presentations, and responding to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information. The role involves creating and updating quotations, maintaining detailed records in CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support. The Sales Representative is expected to stay informed about market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications

Proven ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive sales and repeat business.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain product features and benefits clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience with basic sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software to track opportunities, manage contacts, and prepare reports.
High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and accountability in meeting individual and team sales objectives.
Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
Secondary school completion required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
