Sia Partners is seeking a high-performing Program Manager - Capital Markets Transformation to support complex regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives within the Financial Services practice.
The role will work closely with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to drive large-scale change initiatives, ensure effective program execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with a strong expectation of in-office collaboration.
What You Will Do

- Prepare and contribute to senior management materials, including Steering Committee presentations, executive updates, and other program governance forums.
- Coordinate program status reporting, ensuring progress, risks, issues, and key decisions are communicated clearly and consistently.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively address potential delays or delivery risks.
- Manage program risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), facilitating timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, consultants, and other delivery partners to support program objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.
- Support regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and contributing to successful business outcomes.
Must Have

- 7+ years of program management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
- Experience managing or supporting large-scale regulatory programs.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, services, processes, and operating environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, compelling executive-level presentations.

- MBA or another relevant professional designation.
- Experience in management consulting or financial services transformation.
- Opportunities to work on complex, high-impact transformation initiatives across the Financial Services industry.
- Exposure to challenging strategic and regulatory programs.
- A collaborative, high-performing environment that supports professional growth and development.
- Variety of assignments and opportunities to expand your consulting and transformation expertise.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative solutions and trusted client advisory.
We are looking for a Capital Markets generalist and transformation leader, rather than a specialist in one product or operational function.
The successful candidate will be someone who can walk into a complex Capital Markets program, quickly understand the business context, bring structure to the problem, align senior stakeholders, manage change, and drive the program through execution.
You do not need to be the deepest expert in settlements, derivatives, payments, trading, or another specific Capital Markets discipline. You do need to understand how Capital Markets businesses operate and be able to lead the people, change, and delivery required to transform them.
