We are small group of likeminded professionals with a reputation for punching above our weight. We operate with a largely flat hierarchy and our office is relaxed and easy going. Everyone works hard, and we are always pushing each other to do better.

- An openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in creating high-quality visual content.
- An obsessive mentality for details.
