IAM Analyst || Halifax, NS

Responsibilities:

Client Capital Markets division is looking for IAM-focused resources to support onboarding applications into the Client's enterprise IAM workstreams. The role will involve close collaboration with application teams, security stakeholders, and IAM platform groups to help drive onboarding, access governance alignment, and security integration activities across multiple streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding of applications into Client's IAM ecosystem and related security workstreams
Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and IAM stakeholders to gather onboarding requirements and track progress
Assist with access management, authorization, and privileged access integration activities
Work across IAM-related areas including:
Access Request Management
Access Management
SSO / Entra ID integrations
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Support onboarding documentation, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Help identify onboarding dependencies, risks, and remediation items
Maintain onboarding trackers, reporting dashboards, and status updates using Excel and related tooling
Collaborate across security and technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise IAM standards and controls

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts
Familiarity with:
SSO / Federation concepts
Entra ID / Active Directory
Access Management workflows
PAM concepts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written communication and coordination capabilities
Strong Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data management)
Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities across teams

Nice to Have:

Experience with CyberArk
Experience with HashiCorp Vault
Exposure to security onboarding or application security processes
Project coordination/project management experience
Experience working within large enterprise banking or financial services environments
