Location: Regina, SK – Primarily Onsite

Contract Duration: 18 months, with potential extensions

Position Type: Contract

PrecisionERP is seeking an Intermediate IT Project Manager to provide project coordination and delivery support for a large-scale transformational initiative. The successful candidate will support day-to-day project delivery, PMO governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project controls.

Qualifications & Experience

3–7 years of proven IT project management experience in a project management-related role.
Project management education and/or certification, such as PMP.
3–7 years of proven vendor management experience.
Proven experience working in a PMO environment.
Proven experience working with cross-functional project teams.
Experience working on Agile or hybrid projects.
Proficiency with project management software.
Excellent written communication skills and a disciplined approach to managing project records.
Strong interpersonal, management, and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven project and resource planning capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and identify effective solutions.
Experience managing the implementation of SaaS cloud solutions is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires 3–7 years of IT project management and vendor management experience, experience in a PMO and with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid projects. Project management education or certification such as PMP, proficiency with project management software, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to plan resources and solve complex problems are sought; SaaS cloud implementation experience is an asset.
