PrecisionERP is seeking a Network Administrator to join our client located in the greater Toronto area for a full time permanent position. Work will be hybrid with 3 days onsite.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Up to 5 years of network infrastructure experience.
- CCNA certification required.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies; Fortinet security experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, firewalls, and network security.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools, ITIL practices, and change management processes.
- Experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
- Provide Level 2 support and resolve network incidents.
- Assist with network upgrades, deployments, equipment installations, and lifecycle management.
- Support configuration changes, patching, and hardware replacement activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in network improvement projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure network services.
