PrecisionERP is currently seeking an SAP Cutover Lead to help move our client's ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA safely and confidently. They will also require an SAP Cutover Coordinator/Deployment Specialist in addition to this Lead role.
Term: 12 months with possibility of extension
Location: Montreal (hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Description:
Lead regional SAP S/4HANA technical cutover execution so tasks, dependencies, decisions, escalations and recovery actions are controlled through cutover and into hypercare
Responsibilities:
- Own the regional technical cutover plan, task readiness, dependencies and execution status.
- Coordinate command routines, issue triage, decision paths, escalation and stakeholder communications.
- Confirm readiness of access, environments, integrations, monitoring, validation and support coverage.
- Manage regional cutover risks and issues with impact assessment, workaround options and recommendations.
- Ensure hypercare handover includes open issues, owners, stabilisation criteria and residual risk position.
Requirements:
- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA technical cutover or command centre activity on large ERP programmes.
- Strong understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, access, environment and third party dependencies.
- Ability to make structured recommendations under pressure.
- Disciplined planning, risk, issue and decision management capability.
- Bilingual preferred (French & English)
