🚨 We're Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist
📍 Location: Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, or Calgary – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)
📅 Contract Duration: November 2026 – April 2027
🔐 Security Clearance: Reliability Status (or eligible to obtain)
🌐 Language: English required | French an asset
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), platform development, automation, and technical leadership.
✅ Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow IRM.
- Strong development skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder.
- Experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
- Experience with technical leadership, code reviews, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to work onsite approximately 2 days per week in one of the listed cities.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), custom scoped applications, or Release Ops.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (highly preferred).
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- Micro-certifications in ATF, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Platform Development.
- Experience with REST API integrations and platform governance.
- French language proficiency.
Important: Candidates must meet both minimum experience requirements: 7+ years of ServiceNow development and 2+ years of ServiceNow IRM.
