Premier Tech is seeking to expand its team by adding a Plant Labourer at its Richer facility. As a plant labourer, you will play an important role in daily production by supporting material handling activities, stacking bagged products, organizing pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
You will work as part of a team to ensure products meet quality standards while contributing to the overall success of the facility.

- Operate material-handling equipment as required
- Stack bagged products and organize pallets
- Perform physical and manual tasks, including occasional work at heights
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

- Perform other duties as assigned
- You work well in a production environment and within a team setting, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.

- You are available to work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities
Support daily production by handling materials, stacking bagged products, organizing pallets, and operating material-handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow quality and safety procedures, and collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks.
Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, material-handling equipment, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. They should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and available for varied shifts including occasional weekends.
