Premier Tech is seeking to expand its team by adding a Shipper/ Plant Operator at its Carrot River facility. As a shipper, you will play an important role in daily operations by preparing and coordinating shipments, operating forklifts and loaders, ensuring products are accurately handled and shipped, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure products meet quality standards while contributing to the overall success of the facility.

- Ensure the health and safety practices and processes are upheld, and the premises, team members and operations are safe.
- Perform physical and manual tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment as required
- Receive, prepare, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify product quantities, orders, and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Prepare products for shipment and ensure materials are properly handled and stored
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members and management while completing planned daily tasks and other duties as assigned
- You work well in a production environment and within a team setting, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are looking for a physical role and are comfortable operating material-handling equipment.
- You are available to work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekend work.
- You are a team player who places a high value on safety.
- You are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
