JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:

1. Marketing, launches & Promotional activities

· Manage an assigned portfolio of Beauty and Fragrance brands, taking ownership of day-to-day brand activities and marketing execution while reporting to and working under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager.

· Lead and coordinate all digital marketing activities across the entire brand portfolio, including social media, digital campaigns, e-newsletters and other online initiatives, ensuring consistency with each brand’s strategy and positioning.

· Support the Senior Brand Manager in all aspects of the marketing development for our Beauty and Fragrances Brands.

· Help translate the Brand strategies into practical marketing and animation tools adapted for the Canadian market, with the right approach, timing and level of support.

· Contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets, gain market share and build brand awareness.

· Support the definition of Marketing strategies per retailer and trade channel (B&M / Digital).

· Be creative by proposing ideas and helping develop exclusive and strategic animations that include all facets of the trade plan (promotion mechanics, media adaptation, gifts, trials, visual merchandising elements, contests, etc.).

· Help Senior brand manager prepare marketing presentations for each retailer to present plans and calendars.

· Keep track of all marketing initiatives and strategies (launches, promotions, animations and retailer plans), maintaining an organized, up-to-date follow-up of calendars, status and results.

· Communicate all information to the Sales teams on time to ensure perfect store-level execution.

· Monitor competitors and pricing evolution, and update follow-up reports & pricing on products (Novelties, basics, sets, etc.) as needed.

2. Product Catalogue Management & Forecast:

· Support Product assortment optimization for skin care, make up and fragrances.

· Work closely with Planners on forecast accuracy and inventory management, both basic and POP (order flow).

· Coordinate and prepare regular monthly meetings with the team and all departments to review marketing planning, sales results and actual expenses, and follow up on action plans.

3. Merchandising:

· Prepare and share guidelines with the sales team to ensure merchandising and planograms executed at store level are in line with the brand directives.

4. Reporting & Data Management

· Help prepare Business Review presentations for top management.

· Compile monthly results, performance and marketing execution pictures for the Senior Brand Manager and top management.

5. Key contact

· Act as a day-to-day contact for internal teams and support the Senior Brand Manager in communications with the brand owner.

Junior Brand Manager profile

· An energetic, dynamic, resourceful and action-oriented Marketing professional with 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in the luxury cosmetics and/or fragrances category (relevant internships considered).

· A passion for beauty and fragrance brands and a strong eagerness to learn and grow in brand management.

· University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; first experience supporting a brand, trade marketing or retail marketing activities is an asset.

· Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.

· Very well organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines at the same time.

· Excellent listening and presentation skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a team player.

· Diplomatic and collaborative with all business partners and internal teams involved.

· Good problem-solving abilities, agile and able to adapt to changing priorities.
