About Prevision360

Prevision360 is a qualitative assessment platform designed to help startups better understand and track qualitative performance indicators (Q-KPIs), including subjective factors that are often difficult to baseline and measure through traditional performance metrics.

The platform gathers structured feedback from founders, team members, investors, and other key stakeholders to provide a 360-degree view of areas such as leadership, execution, alignment, sentiment, and progress. By tracking these qualitative indicators over time, Prevision360 helps surface patterns and insights that can support more informed decision-making.

Our current Phase 1 product is focused on the startup market. As we bring Prevision360 to market, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, develop relationships across the startup ecosystem, and help establish the commercial foundation of the company.

The Role

As a core employee joining Prevision360 at an early stage, you will play a hands-on role in bringing the product to market and building our initial customer base.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify prospective customers and partners, introduce them to Prevision360, manage the sales process, and drive new customer sign-ups.

Our initial focus is on pre-seed and seed-stage startups, along with the incubators, accelerators, venture capital firms, angel investor networks, innovation hubs, and other organizations that support or invest in them. A key part of the role will be developing relationships within this ecosystem and identifying opportunities for Prevision360 to be used across individual startups or broader startup cohorts.

You will own relationships beyond the initial sale as well, supporting onboarding, early product adoption, and participation in Prevision360's initial startup pilot program.

Because you will work closely with early customers, you will also play an important role in understanding how the product performs in real-world use. You will identify recurring customer needs, usability issues, technical problems, and opportunities for improvement, and work collaboratively with leadership and development to ensure that relevant feedback is understood and addressed.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, learning a technology product in depth, and taking ownership in an early-stage business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop prospective customers within the startup market, with an initial focus on pre-seed and seed-stage companies.
  • Build relationships with incubators, accelerators, venture capital firms, angel investor networks, innovation hubs, entrepreneurship programs, and other organizations that support or invest in startups.
  • Research target organizations and decision-makers and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
  • Lead sales conversations, product demonstrations, follow-up, and relationship development from initial contact through customer sign-up.
  • Pitch and demonstrate Prevision360 in a variety of professional environments, including meetings, presentations, networking events, conferences, and other business development settings.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Prevision360 and understand how the platform can support the needs of prospective customers and partners.
  • Recruit and support participants in Prevision360's initial six-month startup pilot program.
  • Onboard new customers, help them understand the platform, and support successful early adoption and use.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and pilot participants to encourage engagement and identify opportunities for continued use.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, sales activity, follow-ups, and customer relationships.
  • Gather and document feedback from prospects and customers, including product issues, usability concerns, feature requests, adoption barriers, and emerging use cases.
  • Identify recurring patterns in customer feedback and communicate them clearly to leadership and the development team.
  • Collaborate internally to provide customer context around product issues and improvements and, where appropriate, validate whether implemented changes have addressed customer needs.
  • Provide regular insight into pipeline activity, market response, customer objections, and opportunities to improve the commercial approach.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process in an early-stage environment.

You should have:

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, technology sales, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
  • A demonstrated ability to prospect independently and develop new business relationships.
  • Confidence leading sales conversations, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn a technology product and explain it clearly to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up habits.
  • The ability to manage multiple prospects and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Good judgement when interpreting customer feedback and identifying recurring business or product issues.
  • A collaborative approach to working with leadership, customers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a growing company where processes will continue to evolve and individual initiative is important.

Experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, early-stage technology companies, or B2B SaaS products would be considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating consistent commercial activity around Prevision360 and turning that activity into customers and meaningful market relationships.

You will be expected to:

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate meetings and product demonstrations with relevant organizations.
  • Develop relationships with startup ecosystem and investment partners.
  • Recruit suitable startups into the initial Prevision360 pilot.
  • Generate customer sign-ups and support continued adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with early customers.
  • Provide clear insight into what customers need, where the product is performing well, and where improvements may be required.
  • Help establish a disciplined and repeatable approach to business development as Prevision360 grows.

Why Prevision360

This role offers the opportunity to join Prevision360 at an early stage and have a meaningful impact on how the company grows.

As a core member of the company at an early stage, you will work closely with leadership, have direct exposure to customers and product development, and play an important role in building the relationships and commercial processes that support the next stage of the business.
