Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and skilled Junk Removal Specialist & Driver to join our team across Ontario. In this position, you’ll handle both driving and physical hauling - operating a truck and heavy-duty trailer setup while managing on-site residential and commercial property cleanouts.
We don't view our crew as just hired hands; we view you as true business partners in our growth. If you are physically fit, comfortable maneuvering a truck-and-trailer combo, and take pride in delivering professional service, we provide a clear pathway for rapid pay progression.
Pay, Bonuses & Schedule
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Earning Potential: Up to $40.00 / hour (We currently have active team members earning $40/hr).
Raises & Bonuses: Performance-based raises and cash bonuses are given consistently based on your aptitude, reliability, and work ethic.
Hours: Part-Time to Full-Time opportunities available.
Schedule: Flexible, customizable hours (typically aligned with standard daytime operating hours, roughly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on job volume).
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation and maneuvering of a pickup truck with a heavy-duty trailer.
Physical loading, lifting, and hauling of junk, appliances, old furniture, renovation debris, and general unwanted items.
Interacting professionally with residential and commercial clients on job sites.
Securing loads properly for transit and dumping materials at designated disposal/recycling facilities.
Maintaining equipment, vehicle safety, and job site cleanliness.
Requirements
Driving Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience driving/backing up a truck and trailer combination.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs consistently) throughout the day alongside team members.
Work Ethic & Mindset: Highly reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow into higher-earning performance tiers ($30–$40/hr).
Availability: Willingness to work flexible daytime shifts as scheduled.
