Why This Role?
Are you a people-focused HR professional looking to move beyond basic administration and into a role where you can truly influence culture? We are looking for a Human Resources Representative who is ready to be the heartbeat of our team for a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension.

-
Strategic Projects: Get involved in the fun stuff - from employee engagement initiatives and team-building events to modernizing our internal HR processes.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
-
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business.
-
Experience: At least 2 years of progressive HR experience. You should have a solid grasp of BC Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation.

-
Professionalism: You handle confidential data with the utmost discretion and possess a "solutions-first" mindset.
-
Credentials: A CPHR designation (or being in pursuit of one) is a definite plus.
Why You’ll Love It Here
-
Contract Opportunity: Enjoy a robust 12-month maternity leave contract with the exciting option to extend based on organizational needs and growth.
-
Dynamic Culture: Join a team that values innovation and connection. We work hard, but we also prioritize a supportive, social atmosphere.
-
Location: Work in a vibrant area of New Westminster with easy access to transit and local amenities.
-
Comprehensive Package: Competitive salary, benefits, and a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.
