Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Services Representative role based in Vernon, BC. The representative will meet with clients to assess their financial needs, explain Primerica’s products, and provide basic financial education tailored to middle-income households. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing client financial profiles, presenting recommendations for insurance and investment solutions, and processing applications and documentation accurately. The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships through follow-up meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing service updates. The representative will collaborate with team members, stay current on product offerings and regulatory requirements, and participate in training and development to continually improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Finance and Financial Services to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Understanding of Investments, including mutual funds and other investment vehicles, to support client education and product selection.
- Experience or training in Insurance, particularly life insurance, to explain coverage options clearly and responsibly.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client relationships professionally.
- Relevant education in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to meet regulatory and licensing requirements for financial services and insurance in British Columbia.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools and financial software.
- Capacity to work on-site in Vernon, BC, with reliable availability for full-time hours.
