Role Description This part-time Associate role is an on-site position based in Toronto, ON. The Associate will support daily store operations, including assisting customers with print, copy, design, and packaging requests, and guiding them through available services and options. Responsibilities include operating printing and finishing equipment, preparing materials such as signs, banners, and small packaging, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. The role also involves handling transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and collaborating with team members to provide efficient, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to assist clients, answer inquiries, and provide clear guidance on print and design options.
• Basic technical skills with print, copy, and finishing equipment, including comfort with computers, point-of-sale systems, and digital file handling.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple orders, meet deadlines, and maintain an orderly work environment.
• Attention to detail and quality control skills to review proofs, verify specifications, and ensure accurate, high-quality output.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, including standing for extended periods and handling light physical tasks such as lifting paper boxes or materials.
• Collaborative mindset and reliability to work effectively in a team setting and support smooth daily operations.
• Prior experience in retail, printing, design, or related service environments is an asset but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
