Role Description The Sales Assistant is a part-time, on-site role located in Scarborough, ON. This team member supports daily store operations by greeting customers, understanding their printing and design needs, and recommending suitable services and products. Responsibilities include processing orders at the counter, preparing basic print jobs, coordinating with production staff, handling payments, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. The Sales Assistant helps manage inventory of print materials and retail items, responds to customer inquiries in person and by phone, and provides accurate information about turnaround times and pricing. The role requires contributing to sales targets, ensuring positive customer experiences, and supporting colleagues during busy periods.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks such as lifting paper or packaging materials.
• Previous experience in retail, printing services, or a customer-facing environment is an asset but not required.
• Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
