JOB DETAILS:
Role: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Longueil, QC (Hybrid)
Type of Hiring: Contract
Job Description:
Must have 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO with good knowledge in the following areas:
- General Ledger, Document splitting, handling multiple chart of accounts
- Manual and automatic clearings, automatic account determination, financial integration with
supply chain and sales and distribution
- Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Automatic payments, DMEE for payment files, Bank
Reconciliation, House Bank setup
- Chart of depreciation, setting up depreciation keys, CapEx procurement, AuC Settlement and
depreciation execution
- Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Standard cost
estimates, Inventory valuation, cost object controlling, actual costing, and Margin Analysis
- Knowledge in Data Migration - Finance Master and Transactional data
- SAP S4 (at least a couple greenfield implementations)
- Must understand Discreet Manufacturing process (ideally in aerospace or automobile
manufacturing)
Preferred: FSCM - Credit Management & PS - Project Systems, familiarity with Plant Maintenance
Must be willing to be onsite 3 days / week and more as needed to support design discussion, UAT, go-live.

Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FICO processes across general ledger, receivables, payables, asset accounting, controlling, costing, and financial integration with supply chain and sales. Support finance data migration and SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations, including design discussions, UAT, and go-live for a discrete manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Requires 10 or more years of SAP FICO experience, strong knowledge across financial accounting and controlling processes, and experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Candidates must understand discrete manufacturing and be available onsite three days per week or more as needed; FSCM Credit Management, Project Systems, and Plant Maintenance familiarity are preferred.
