JOB DETAILS:
Role: SAP PP/QM Consultant
Location: Longueil, QC (Hybrid)
Type of Hiring: Contract/Permanent
Job Description:
Must have 10+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM with good knowledge in the following areas:
- SAP S4 (at least a couple greenfield implementations)
- Must understand Discreet Manufacturing process (ideally in aerospace or automobile
manufacturing)
- Good understanding on MRP/MRP Live, Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), and Shop Floor
Control & (Production & Planned Orders)
- Standardize quality planning, Quality Certificates, Inspection Lot processing (Types 01, 03, 04, 08
& 09)
- Lead phases of the SAP Activate or ASAP methodology, ensuring rigorous Unit Testing,
Integration Testing (UAT), data migration, and hyper care support
- Deep knowledge of batch management, split valuation, shelf-life expiration date (SLED)
monitoring, and traceability
Must be willing to be onsite 3 days / week and more as needed to support design discussion, UAT, go-live.

Requirements
Requires 10+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, including at least a couple of SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations and a strong understanding of discrete manufacturing. Candidates should have expertise in MRP, capacity planning, quality processes, batch management, split valuation, shelf-life monitoring, and SAP implementation methodologies, and be available onsite three days per week or more as needed.
