The Position
As a result of recent growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Vehicle Processing Team, at our brand new facility in Wishart.
As a Yard Hand/Car Washer, you will enjoy a variety of tasks in preparing new and used vehicles for delivery. If you have a mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude and are keen to learn, apply now!

What You Will Do
- Inspection of vehicles to identify any damages
- Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
- Undertake vehicle survey and preservation tasks
- Washing cars
- The ability to undertake repetitive work
- Organising vehicle despatch for drivers
- Complete associated documentation
- Manual driver’s license essential
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Able to follow instructions and take direction effectively
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Multiskilled and adaptable to a variety of tasks
- Quick thinker with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Capable of working in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards
- The ability to pass a Medical and Police Clearance

Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles for damage, safely move them around the compound and workshop, and carry out vehicle surveys, preservation tasks, and washing. Organize vehicle dispatch for drivers and complete the associated documentation.
Requirements
A manual driver's license is essential, along with a strong interest in the automotive industry and a reliable, punctual, professional approach. Applicants should communicate well, pay close attention to detail, follow instructions, work independently and in a team, adapt to varied tasks and weather conditions, and pass medical and police checks.
