Identify root causes of recurring invoice delays and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.
Support month-end close activities, including purchase order receipt accrual reviews, invoice accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting.
Assist with year-end financial activities, tax preparation, and audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accounts payable processes and internal controls.
Support additional finance and accounting initiatives as business needs evolve.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable analysis.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, or audit activities.
Additional education or professional certifications in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, or related systems.
