Company Description PROCECO Ltd. designs and manufactures industrial aqueous parts washers and custom integrated systems for precision cleaning, high-pressure water jet deburring, fluorescent penetrant inspection, surface treatment, and wastewater treatment. Since 1975, the company has delivered thousands of systems to customers in more than 50 countries, serving aerospace, automotive, rail and transit, heavy machinery, and general manufacturing industries. PROCECO provides fully customizable, automated machines with multi-stage processes to support applications ranging from lean manufacturing cells to large-scale production lines. As an ISO-certified company since 1995, PROCECO is known for its customer-focused approach, advanced engineering capabilities, and 24/7 support to keep equipment performing reliably for many years.

Role Description The Project Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of engineered equipment projects. This position involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating timelines, and tracking progress against milestones across engineering, production, and installation activities. The Project Planner will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to analyze resource requirements, identify risks, and support project controls such as cost tracking, change management, and reporting. Daily tasks include updating planning tools, preparing status reports, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that deliverables are aligned with customer requirements and company standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by recommending better planning practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Planning & Scheduling and Planning skills to develop, update, and optimize project timelines and workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Project Control capabilities to assist with monitoring scope, cost, schedule, and risk, and to support reporting and documentation.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and customers, and to present project information effectively.
Relevant experience in project planning within manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering environments is beneficial.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (such as MS Project or equivalent) and strong Excel skills is an asset.
Post-secondary education in engineering, industrial technology, project management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
