Change Management Analyst:
On behalf of our Strategic client, Procom is searching for a 6 month Change Management Analyst role. This position is onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.
Change Management Analyst - Job Description:
The Client is seeking a Change Management Analyst to provide hands-on change management support for a complex transformation initiative. This role involves producing and executing change artifacts, leading stakeholder engagements, and supporting implementation readiness across the initiative.
Change Management Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute hands-on change management deliverables supporting business, process, and system transformation.
- Create and maintain practical change artifacts, including stakeholder assessments, readiness materials, and training content.
- Lead stakeholder and supplier engagement activities, such as workshops, demos, and information sessions.
- Support supplier enablement activities, including onboarding and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and translate project changes into clear materials.
- Draft and review communications for leadership, business users, and suppliers.
- Develop training and user-support materials for new or changed processes and systems.
- Coordinate and track change actions, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 years of direct experience in change facilitation
- 4 years of experience developing change management deliverables, including Change Strategy and Plans
- 4 years of experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders
- 3 years of experience developing and delivering training materials
- 3 years of experience developing readiness programs or stakeholder engagement
- 2 years of experience gathering requirements through various methods
- 3 years of experience working within digital transformation initiatives at the client organization.
This is a 6-month contract position.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, readiness materials, communications, and training content, to support business, process, and system transformation. Lead stakeholder and supplier engagement, support supplier onboarding and training, and coordinate change actions, deliverables, and dependencies.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of direct change facilitation experience are required. Candidates must also have four years of experience developing change management deliverables, including strategies and plans, and effective stakeholder communications; training, readiness, requirements-gathering, and digital transformation experience are preferred.
