On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Job Description:
This role involves supporting workforce and identity management projects, focusing on authentication and authorization. The position is a backfill and project support role within the Identity Access Management (IAM) domain.
Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to support IAM projects
- Analyze and document business systems and processes
- Participate in meetings, spending approximately 4 hours per day
- Ensure project timelines and deadlines are met
- Engage in knowledge transfer and training as needed
Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management
- Experience in enterprise-level environments, preferably within banking or financial institutions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Agile or PM certifications (PM is preferred)
- Strong Agile experience
Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
