Title: Senior Project Managers (Data & Analytics, Oracle Fusion ERP & Digital Transformation)

Duration: 6-12 months contract

Location: Downtown Toronto or downtown Montreal

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives across Corporate Applications, Data & Analytics, ERP Platforms, and Digital Enablement programs. The successful candidate will manage large-scale projects supporting Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Shared Services, and enterprise data ecosystems.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application modernization, Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enterprise integrations, acquisition-related system integrations, data platform initiatives, and business transformation programs. The Project Manager will oversee project governance, financial management, stakeholder alignment, and execution across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application implementation, enhancement, modernization, migration, and integration initiatives.
Manage projects supporting Corporate Functions including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and Shared Services.
Drive planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and operational transition activities across multiple workstreams.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, operational, and governance standards.
Manage business application portfolios, dependencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, rollout, and transformation initiatives.
Manage projects involving Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, Expenses, and related ERP modules.
Coordinate integrations between Oracle Fusion and enterprise applications, data platforms, reporting solutions, and third-party systems.
Oversee data migration, system integration, deployment readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and production stabilization activities.
Support acquisition integration initiatives involving Oracle ecosystem onboarding and business process alignment.
Lead delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives, including data platform modernization, reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, and data governance programs.
Coordinate activities across Data Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and business teams.
Ensure delivery of data quality controls, data lineage, governance, reconciliation, access management, and reporting requirements.
Manage integration between ERP platforms, enterprise applications, and analytical environments.
Manage the complete project lifecycle from business case development through deployment and transition to operations.
Develop and maintain project plans, integrated schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
Maintain RAID logs, dependency management plans, risk mitigation strategies, and escalation procedures.
Prepare executive-level status reporting, portfolio dashboards, and project performance metrics.
Lead Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models.
Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery execution.
Manage project controls, quality gates, change requests, and release readiness activities.
Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and hypercare support.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and cost controls.
Track project expenditures, financial performance, and budget variances.
Manage external vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, and service providers.
Oversee contract deliverables, milestones, change control processes, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience managing large-scale technology projects and transformation programs.
Proven experience delivering Enterprise Application projects within complex corporate environments.
Experience leading initiatives supporting Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, or Shared Services functions.
Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or transformation programs.
Experience delivering ERP integration, migration, modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience managing enterprise application integration projects across multiple business functions.
Strong background delivering Data & Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Platform projects.
Experience managing full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition to operations.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing project governance, risk management, issue management, change control, and dependency management.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial controls, and resource planning.
Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, compliance, and data governance practices.
Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.
Experience preparing executive reporting and facilitating steering committee governance.
