Position Overview:

The Technical Lead plays a key leadership and advisory role in the continuous delivery, maintenance, and evolution of ServiceNow solutions. Acting as the subject matter expert for CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM, the incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing Service Graph integrations to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of configuration data across the enterprise.

Working closely with Product Owners, architects, and operational teams, the Technical Lead defines integration standards, identification and reconciliation rules, authoritative data sources, and best practices for CMDB governance and ServiceNow data management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Service Graph integrations within ServiceNow.
Define Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules for various Configuration Item (CI) classes.
Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery as a trusted source of configuration data.
Design data transformation models, integration patterns, and technical architectures.
Conduct data quality, performance, scalability, and volume analysis.
Develop and maintain technical standards, integration procedures, and governance documentation.
Define, coordinate, and execute testing strategies for integrations and connectors.
Validate technical compatibility and impacts during ServiceNow upgrades and release cycles.
Provide expert-level support for integration-related incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Act as a technical advisor and mentor for teams leveraging CMDB and ITOM capabilities.
