Developing a recipe in the lab is one thing. Watching it come off the production line and land on grocery shelves is something else.
I'm looking for a Senior R&D Technician for a growing food manufacturer in Greater Montreal.
The best part of this role? You follow your products from start to finish. You develop the recipes, you run the trials, and you're on the floor on launch day. You work with an R&D Director who trusts her people, you get real autonomy, and you pass your know how on to the junior techs.
With the company growing, there's real room for advancement. There's also group insurance and an RRSP with employer contribution.
The team works in French and English, so being comfortable in both is a plus.
We'll talk salary on our first call, and I'll give you the real range right then.
