About Project Execution Group

Project Execution Group Inc. (PEG) is a Canadian consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, project delivery, project controls, governance, and enterprise technology solutions for public and private sector organizations. PEG supports clients across government, infrastructure, utilities, energy, transportation, and large capital project environments by helping organizations improve project performance, governance, reporting, and business processes through technology-enabled solutions.

Our team combines project management, implementation expertise, advisory services, change management, and industry knowledge to successfully deliver complex business and technology initiatives.

Position Summary

Project Execution Group seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of enterprise software solutions for government, infrastructure, and large capital project organizations.

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of software implementation projects. This includes management of project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, governance activities, and project reporting to ensure successful delivery against approved objectives.

The Project Manager works closely with the Executive Sponsor, implementation leads, advisory leads, change management leads, technical specialists, and client stakeholders. While responsible for project administration and delivery oversight, the Project Manager does not provide advisory, change management, technical implementation, or training services directly.

Candidates must have experience delivering enterprise software implementations within government, public sector, infrastructure, or large capital project environments and possess practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Maintain project documentation, including risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change requests.
Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee.

· Maintain integrated project schedules and delivery roadmaps.

· Coordinate project resources, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder activities.

· Monitor budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and resource utilization.

· Track project performance and key delivery metrics.

· Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and progress updates.

Act as the primary day-to-day coordination point between project teams and client representatives.
Support stakeholder communications and governance processes.
Manage project risks and issues and monitor mitigation activities.
Ensure decisions and action items are documented and tracked to completion.
