Help Build the Future Workforce Ecosystem for the Skilled Trades Projekt Network is building the professional network for the skilled trades. Today, we help contractors hire talent, connect with trade partners, and grow their businesses. Tomorrow, we’re building the workforce ecosystem that powers construction across North America. We’re backed by industry leaders, growing quickly, and looking for our first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to own user acquisition, subscriber growth, and marketing performance. This is not a brand marketing or social media coordinator role. This is a growth role focused on measurable business results. If you’re excited by building something from the ground up and want direct ownership over growth, we’d love to talk. What You’ll Own: You will be responsible for growing Projekt Network’s user base and paid subscriber count. Your responsibilities will include: Paid Acquisition • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns • Manage and optimize Google advertising campaigns • Test new acquisition channels and audiences • Improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs • Develop and execute retargeting campaigns Email Marketing & Automation • Build and optimize lifecycle email campaigns • Create onboarding sequences for contractors and tradespeople • Develop re-engagement and retention campaigns • Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and reporting • Improve activation and conversion rates Conversion Optimization • Build and optimize landing pages • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and funnels • Improve visitor-to-user conversion rates • Improve user-to-subscriber conversion rates Analytics & Reporting • Own acquisition and conversion reporting • Track CAC, conversion rates, retention, and growth metrics • Develop dashboards and growth insights • Make data-driven recommendations to leadership Strategic Growth • Work directly with the founders to identify growth opportunities • Support product launches and new initiatives • Collaborate with content, sales, and customer success teams • Help shape the future growth engine of the company What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will: • Increase user acquisition month-over-month • Improve conversion rates across the funnel • Build a scalable marketing automation system • Reduce customer acquisition costs • Increase paid subscriber growth • Establish predictable growth reporting and forecasting What We’re Looking For Must Have • 3-7+ years of growth or performance marketing experience • Experience managing paid Meta and Google campaigns • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels • Ability to operate independently and make decisions Nice to Have • Experience in SaaS, recruiting, marketplace, or technology businesses • Startup experience • B2B marketing experience • Experience building acquisition systems from scratch • Familiarity with the construction industry You’ll Thrive Here If You • Prefer ownership over bureaucracy • Want to build rather than maintain • Care about outcomes more than activity • Enjoy testing, learning, and iterating quickly • Want your work tied directly to company growth Compensation • Competitive salary • Performance bonus • Meaningful stock option package • Flexible work environment • Opportunity to help build a category-defining company Location Remote within Canada, with preference for candidates who can occasionally meet in Southern Ontario.
