Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes effectively.
Ability to notice and document important details in security situations, incidents, and day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

Familiarity with security procedures and emergency protocols. Previous experience in security or safety roles is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol the property for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to security duties (e.g., crowd control).
Comfortable using basic technology, such as security systems, radio communication, and computers for report writing
Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
