We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our home care team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. You will also follow a customized Care Plan to ensure the well-being and independence of our clients.

- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Administer medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility and exercise
- Follow a detailed Care Plan tailored to each client’s needs
- 2 + years experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
