Responsibilities
Tasks
- Maintain work records and logs
- Perform general office duties
- Provide customer service
- Process bills of lading, cargo manifests or other documents
- Prepare proposals
- Prepare and maintain flight plans, flight logs and other reports
- Observe, record and transmit atmospheric and weather information
- Delay or cancel flight if conditions warrant
- Make, cancel and change flight reservations
- Communicate with train crew members to give and receive train operation information
