  • Coordinate activities between Engineering, Projects, Shipping, Logistics, Fabrication, Paint, Quality Control, Administration and third-party service providers.
  • Perform visual material and equipment inspections independently or alongside client representatives and third-party inspectors.

  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping isometric drawings, CAD drawings, general arrangement drawings and equipment documentation.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks for reviewing 3D project models.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to material traceability and document accuracy.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lb.
  • Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment.

Asset Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in modular fabrication, oil and gas, industrial construction, manufacturing, shipping, or yard coordination.
