  • Banking and Foreign Exchange: Maintain banking relationships, administer banking platforms, manage foreign currency transactions, and oversee banking agreements and compliance reporting.

  • Trade Finance: Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, performance bonds, and associated documentation to support international transactions.

  • Insurance and Risk Management: Coordinate annual corporate insurance renewals and collect financial and operational information required for underwriting.

  • Credit and Receivables Management: Review customer credit reports, establish credit limits, monitor payment terms, and manage credit risk within the company’s ERP systems.

  • Compliance and Administration: Oversee workers’ compensation reporting, corporate credit card transaction issues, and international travel insurance reporting.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with at least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
