Service Advisor

Our client in Dundas is looking for an experience service/Warranty Advisor to join their growing team.

This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field
  
• Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs
  
• Create service orders and input data into service software
  
• Handle all documentation for warranty and process warranty claims
  
• Provide quotes on repairs
  
• Look up parts and pricing
  
• Assist the service team when needed
  

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Someone familiar with a service shop environment
  
• Strong computer skills, proficient with MS office
  
• Team oriented
  
• Requires a valid Ontario driver’s license
  
• Previous experience working in a similar role within the heavy-duty truck & transportation or heavy equipment repair industry.

Shift:

Days 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
