Summary

Are you a strategic and collaborative leader with excellent project management skills and a passion for creating healthier, safer and more supportive workplaces?

Providence Health Care is seeking a Manager, Wellness to lead the development and delivery of organization-wide strategies and initiatives that support the mental health, well-being, and psychological and physical safety of our people.

Reporting to the Director, Occupational Health and Safety, you’ll lead a team of health and safety professionals and work closely with leaders and partners across PHC to move complex wellness initiatives from strategy through to implementation. You’ll bring strong project planning and management skills to establish priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and evaluated across the organization.

From advancing PHC’s psychological health and safety framework and developing evidence-informed programs, to building organizational awareness and supporting meaningful culture change, this role offers the opportunity to lead projects with broad organizational impact.

This is a hybrid opportunity, offering a combination of on-site and remote work. We’re looking for an experienced health and wellness leader who can pair expertise in psychological health and safety with exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex initiatives, building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and translating strategy, evidence and organizational needs into practical, sustainable programs.

If you’re energized by the opportunity to lead complex projects, influence workplace culture and advance innovative health and wellness initiatives that make a meaningful difference for our people, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a temporary contract position with a defined end date of January 5th, 2028, and the job posting will close on October 12th, 2026 at 8:00 am.
