Proxylink is working with a government client seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to support the development, modernization, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications within a Microsoft Azure environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications while collaborating with business analysts, architects, technical leads, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This is an onsite contract opportunity for a strong full-stack developer with hands-on experience in React, ASP.NET Core/C#, Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into working, tested applications.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive, accessible, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop backend services and enterprise-grade RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Design and implement application architecture, database solutions, integrations, and cloud-based services.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration and business processes.
• Work with Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production support issues.
• Support application deployments, migrations, modernization initiatives, and cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, effort estimation, technical planning, and documentation.
• Work within Agile delivery environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement of development, deployment, and operational processes.

• Git and branching strategies
• Automated deployments and release management

• Docker and Kubernetes experience is an asset

Database & Integration

• Relational database technologies
• Strong SQL experience
• Database design
• REST API integration
• Enterprise system integration

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

What Candidates Really Need

This is a true full-stack role. Candidates should have strong, hands-on experience across the entire technology stack - not just exposure to individual technologies.

The core requirements are:

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams

Candidates should be able to demonstrate these technologies through recent, hands-on project experience, rather than simply listing them on their resume.

Candidates who do not meet the core React, ASP.NET Core/C#, Azure, Azure DevOps, REST API, and full-stack development requirements may not be suitable for submission.
