About PSL
PSL Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is an Ottawa mechanical contractor doing commercial and institutional work: schools, government buildings, hospitals and property managers. We're growing our service team and want a commercial plumber who wants to build a career with us.
What you'll do
- Service, troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems: domestic hot water heaters and boilers, recirculation pumps, mixing valves, fixtures, drains and sanitary lines
- Test, repair and certify backflow prevention devices
- Planned maintenance on service contracts
- Write clear service reports
- Work alongside our HVAC service and install crews
- Represent PSL on site: clean work and good communication with building operators and clients
What you need
- 306A Plumber Certificate of Qualification, or a registered 3rd-5th year plumbing apprentice
- Backflow prevention device tester certification
- At least 3 years of hands-on commercial plumbing service experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Your own hand tools
- Working at Heights and WHMIS (or willing to get them)
