Operations Planning Administrator

About the Role

Our insurance client is seeking an Operations Planning Administrator to support colleagues within the Operations Planning Department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documents, reports, and administrative processes.

What You’ll Do

Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and information.
Prepare and update reports using established templates.
Support achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Provide administrative support to the Operations Planning team.
Develop a basic understanding of relevant insurance processes and legislation.
Complete routine and repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Need

1+ year of administrative work experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage similar tasks consistently and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
French and English bilingual skills preferred.
