Be the Force That Keeps the Project Moving

Some people build construction projects in the field. Others make sure those projects never miss a beat.

At PTW, we're looking for a Junior Construction Coordinator, Administrator who is organized, proactive, and ready to build their career in construction project coordination. If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, supporting a team, and making sure the details don't fall through the cracks, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our project team.

Based in Nisku, you'll support several construction projects and work alongside project leaders, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to help keep information flowing, documentation accurate, and projects moving forward.

This is more than an administrative role; it's an opportunity to learn the construction business, gain hands-on project experience, and build a foundation for a long-term career in project coordination.

What You'll Do

As part of the project team, you'll help keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward by:

Providing administrative and coordination support across multiple construction projects.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.
Assisting with project reports, correspondence, travel and tracking.
Supporting Project Managers and construction teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating project activities.
Tracking project information, deadlines, and deliverables.
Communicating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and other project administration.
Helping ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Taking on new projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being the person others can count on.

You'll Be Successful If You Have

1-2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
A desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
