Re:Sources is the shared services provider of Publicis Groupe, delivering a suite of multi-tenant managed and professional services to Publicis Groupe agencies worldwide, in support of key Groupe business operations. Those operations include: Information Technology & Technology Solutions, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Real Estate, Insurance and other services to our business units. More specifically, Publicis Re:Sources Canada is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the agencies located at 111 Queen Streat East in Toronto, including the reception desk.

Overview

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant who could act as support for the daily operations of our establishment.

As an Office Assistant, your role is essential to the smooth running of our operations.

Are you a people person who enjoys interacting and helping people? Do you offer a warm welcome to visitors and employees? Do you demonstrate initiative and autonomy while having an eye for detail?

Responsibilities

Concretely, you will be responsible for...

Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations such as maintenance work
Ensure all conference rooms are in order and ready to welcome clients
Ensure all common areas are clean and dishes in the dishwasher if necessary
Process supply orders and supplier management
Replace reception, greet customers, and offer coffee as needed

Qualifications

You have relevant experience in office support.
You have excellent communication skills, and you are also bilingual.
You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and Skype software (an asset).
You are a reliable team player with the ability to positively influence others.
You know how to be proactive and juggling several files simultaneously does not scare you.
You are not afraid of change, and you adapt easily to unforeseen situations.

Work Schedule

Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Must also be flexible and be available to work non-standard business hours upon request or as needed

Salary Range

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $43,000-$48,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
