The Role

We're looking for a Associate CRM Specialist who wants real ownership. You'll shape how we engage and retain players from day one. No hand-holding, no busywork. If you're sharp, move fast, and want your work to matter immediately, this is for you.

No prior CRM experience required. We hire for raw ability and drive, not resume lines.

This role is fully onsite in our Vancouver office.

What You'll Do

Own player lifecycle campaigns end-to-end (onboarding, win-back, loyalty, cross-sell), from hypothesis to launch to read-out
Build segments and personalize messaging off real behavioral and engagement data
Write the content, templates, and messaging that goes out to players, and make it good
Run A/B tests on timing, content, and offers, and read the results honestly: real incrementality, not vanity metrics
Diagnose problems in the data. Find the leak in the funnel, form a point of view, ship the fix
Work with design and product to build creative that's on-brand and converts
Bring ideas from outside the category: games, consumer apps, internet culture. We are not looking for CRM best practices

Who You Are

Recent grad or early-career (internships and startup stints count). We hire for horsepower, not years
