Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator who wants real ownership. Marketing here runs on a machine: the tracking, tooling, governance, automations, and reporting behind everything Paid Media, Partnerships, Affiliates, CRM, Creative, and Data ship. You'll build and run that machine, and you'll be the connective tissue that keeps all of those teams moving. No hand-holding, no busywork. If you're a builder with real initiative and want your work to matter immediately, this is for you.

No prior marketing ops experience required. We hire for raw ability and drive, not resume lines.

This role is fully onsite in our Vancouver office.

What You'll Do

Own campaign operations end-to-end across paid media, CRM, promotions, social, affiliate, and ambassador channels: setup, QA, launch, and read-out
Own tracking from click to deposit: naming conventions, UTMs, promo codes, pixels, and postbacks, so every dollar in and out is accounted for
Run data and reporting governance end to end with program owners, data engineering, analytics, and platform vendors, and be the person who knows how every system connects
Run the marketing calendar: track deliverables and dependencies across teams so nothing slips and no launch surprises anyone
Coordinate influencers, affiliates, media vendors, and agencies on asset delivery, tracking links, and invoice reconciliation
Build and maintain the dashboards and recurring readouts program leads and leadership run on: CAC, ROAS, deposit conversion, promo redemption, and real incrementality, not vanity metrics. When a number looks wrong, find out why, form a point of view, ship the fix
Build the automations that run the machine: AI agents and workflows that handle QA, reporting, and campaign assembly instead of humans doing it by hand
Run the creative lifecycle: intake, trafficking, versioning, and the feedback loop that makes every round of creative better than the last
Partner with Product, VIP, Legal, and Data to keep launches tight: right offer, right terms, right states, right segments, zero sloppy sends

Who You Are

Recent grad or early-career, zero to three years (internships and startup stints count). We hire for horsepower, not years
Exceptionally bright and fast: you learn quickly, hold several moving parts at once, and push deeper than you're asked to
You reason from first principles. When you hit "that's just how it's done," you ask what problem it solves and whether it still holds
A systems thinker with sharp attention to detail: the misnamed UTM, the number that doesn't tie out, and the broken link in the funnel all bother you until they're fixed
Organized under load: you can run multiple concurrent projects across teams without dropping a thread
A clear writer: you can coordinate teams that each speak a different vernacular and keep everyone aligned and moving
Resourceful to a fault: you'd rather teach yourself the tool, reach for AI, and dig up the answer than wait to be shown
You live and breathe this world. iGaming, prediction markets, trading, and internet culture aren't things you're "open to," they're already yours
Hungry and self-directed: you've gone hard at something nobody assigned you (a side project, a competitive pursuit, a community you built)

Nice to Have

You've shipped something on your own: a side project, a product, a bot, a store, anything real
You've automated something real: a script, a workflow, a spreadsheet that runs itself, an agent that does a job while you sleep
Fluent with AI beyond the chat box: agents, automations, real prompt craft
Basic SQL, scripting, or data analysis
A competitive track record: poker, trading, chess, high-rank competitive gaming, olympiads, etc.
Experience in marketing operations, media operations, or project management (agency, startup, or in-house)
Exposure to the marketing stack: paid social platforms, AppsFlyer, Optimove, Google Analytics, Income Access, or similar.
