This is a 6-month contract position with the opportunity to be considered for permanent full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
About the Role
As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in creating and packaging the chocolates enjoyed by customers across Canada. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment where quality and teamwork are highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Coat and garnish cream centres, caramels, and other confectionery products
- Sort, pick, and package chocolates and other products
- Consistently meet daily production targets
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, machinery, and workstations
- Perform quality checks and accurately record results
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Support other production activities as required
Available Shifts
Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and be open to working at either of our Vancouver facilities as needed.

- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
What You'll Bring
- Availability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
- Flexibility to work at both Vancouver production facilities as required
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- CSA-approved safety shoes
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to comply with SQF food safety policies and procedures
- Experience operating food manufacturing equipment is considered an asset
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfortable working in a production and manufacturing environment
