Create Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs using Zeiss Calypso or Mitutoyo Geopack software;
Operate and program the CMM: open, edit, and run the CMM program;
Ensure that all quality registers (MPS, final inspection report, and NCR when required) are completed and signed;
Detailed dimensional inspection of the first part produced on the machine to ensure 100% compliance with the requirements,
Analyze and understand the causes of non-conformities;
Complete Non-conformance Report (NCR) forms when discrepancies or deviations from specifications are identified;
Ensure that inspection tools and work stations are properly maintained.

Required Qualifications

College degree in mechanical engineering
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches
Must be authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications
