Clearly communicate job duties, wages, schedules, housing, perks, and location-specific expectations.

Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment, offer, and pre-employment process.

Post and manage requisitions, offers, candidate records, and hiring activity in Workday.

Coordinate interviews, background checks, and the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Partner with Hiring Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and the People team to keep hiring accurate and on schedule.

Follow established recruiting and candidate-engagement processes to provide a streamlined, positive experience.

Support additional recruiting and coordination needs during peak periods.

Compensation: $52,000-$55,000 salary, based on experience.

Contract Term: October through June, with the potential to extend based on business needs and individual performance.
