This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Fall/Winter, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

Striving to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere manner
Able to communicate effectively to all customers
Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate
Courteous service to all guests
Answer questions when asked about the surroundings/menu
Know cocktail & drinks menu extensively and able to guide customers accordingly
Use basic wine knowledge to guide customers accordingly – based on food pairing, sweetness levels
Know all food items on menu
Ensuring that all areas are clean and orderly at all times
Ensuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all times
Certify and confirm that SOP’s are followed and completed
Ensuring proper cash and float security during operating hours
Manage your own cash floats on a daily basis

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys )
Proserve qualification
Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment
At least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environment
Guest service oriented with a positive, ‘go getter’ attitude
Able to lift at least 15 pounds
Able to stand for long periods of time
Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional service by answering guest questions and guiding them through cocktail, drink, wine, and food selections. Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas, follow standard operating procedures and safety practices, and securely manage cash and daily floats.

Requirements

Applicants need ProServe certification, basic knowledge of the distilling process for major spirit groups, and at least one year of bar experience, including six months in a busy restaurant. They should be guest-service oriented, able to lift at least 15 pounds and stand for extended periods, and available for flexible morning and evening shifts.
