Experience leading strategic plans, target operating models, and technology enablement roadmaps, including knowledge of problem-solving and process-improvement methodologies.
Understanding the evolution and new trends in technologies, such as GenAI and Machine Learning, and how these technologies can help solve complex business and operational problems.
Working knowledge of SDLC methodology, data transformation and visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik, and intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, RDA and process mining.
Experience leading white papers and thought leadership materials through research and data collection.
Lead practice development activities, including new service offerings, training packages, recruiting initiatives and marketing.
Lead business development activities, including writing proposals, presenting to clients and responding to RFPs.
Demonstrated people-management and leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and providing oversight to team members while supporting their performance and professional development.

AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review.
